Knulst uses Zoho CRM for the process from lead follow-up to delivery of a floor. With Zoho CRM, the organization is able to send quotations, process orders and keep invoicing and service records clean.
Knulst has been a customer and user of Zoho CRM for many years. After the implementation of Zoho CRM and quite a few internal changes, this company experienced very nice growth. In 2020, it added a remodeling of its showroom and the opening of a new location. In short, Knulst is growing and continues to grow.
