- Step 1: Introductory meeting & Demo
- Step 2: Needs and process inventory session(s)
- Step 3: Implementation
- Step 4: Data migration, training and support
- Step 5: Going live with Zoho
Before implementation
The steps before implementation shortly summarized:
1st step: Does Zoho meet the requirements? Is Tactick the right implementation partner?
During the sales meeting, the general ambitions and wishes are made clear. Also, the clients need to be convinced that Zoho and Tactick are together the right fit for their organization.
2nd step: Needs and Processes Inventarization
This is the official Needs and Processes Inventarization (billed). Based on that meeting, a project scope is provided as well as a detailed cost estimate.
Zoho implementation
Implementation
- Based on the input we received during the Needs and Process Assessment, we will start to arrange the Zoho application(s).
- When finished, we approach our customers, so they can test the Zoho environment.
- When they have finished testing, they present us their feedback, which we then again will process within Zoho.
Iterative process
Sometimes, these steps need to be repeated a few times to get the best results.
Steps: Define -> Build -> Present -> Test -> Getting feedback -> Processing feedback -> Present
This process is iterative and is repeated until our customers are satisfied.
Data migration, training and support
Zoho data migration
If applicable, we will import your current data into Zoho. However, we can only do this properly if the data is delivered to us clean. For help, we provide you with an example document. The costs of importing your data are always based on subsequent calculation
Zoho training
In case your organization wishes to have training sessions, these will take place after approval of the Zoho environment as we delivered it. We can carry out the training sessions online or on-site.
Zoho support
From the moment your Zoho environment goes live, we will keep supporting you by means of our support desk. Also, we remain in contact to provide you with possible new developments that could improve your system.
