Afterwards our first acquaintance, the demo, and your decision to use Zoho, we will start the implementation process. Based on the experience we gained in over 200 projects, Tactick developed its own methods to carry out the implementation.

We start with a session where we collect your needs and wishes. Based on that information, we give you a clear project scope with deliverables, a backlog, a time schedule, and a cost estimation.

To ensure satisfying accomplishments, we use different tools (Zoho Projects or Sprints), best practices, templates, and feedback moments.
