Explanation

What is CRM?

CRM is an abbreviation for Customer Relationship Management. CRM is about the entire strategy around getting and retaining customers and relationships. A CRM system is an IT solution to manage your sales and/or customer relationships. Working with a good CRM improves your sales performance and streamlines processes so you work efficiently.

Optimal success is achieved with a good tool (CRM by Zoho) and a good implementation (provided by Tactick).

Solution

Structure & Automation

Organizations often feel the need to add more structure and automation to their (sales) process. Zoho offers two powerful tools for this purpose: Blueprints & Workflows.

Blueprints

Blueprints allow you to enforce a process step by step. By doing so, you structure the business processes. This gives you a uniform flow of steps while guaranteeing high data quality. You are forced to make choices in each step and choose which fields are mandatory.

Workflows

With workflows, automation rules can be created. If X happens in the system, then action Y happens automatically. The trigger (X) can be a user action (create, edit, delete) or triggered based on a date or time. The action (Y) can be the creation of a task, sending an email, or executing a script (e.g., an integration).

Blueprints and workflows are completely flexible to set up in any module, in any field.
To summarize, with Zoho CRM you have very powerful tools to structure and automate your business.

Creating quotations

Send and sign your quotes digitally with Zoho

Using Zoho CRM, you can create and send quotes using a template. With the use of Zoho Sign, you improve this process as it includes the digital signing of documents.

The application is able to generate a quotation template, which is sent to the customer. If the customer signs the quotation, the quotation is automatically marked as “won” and the process continues.

In short, CRM allows you to easily generate, send, and digitally sign quotes.
