The Zoho ONE implementation at E-WISE

E-WISE provides the leading platform for online continuing education. Offering hundreds of courses, they provide online access to hands-on continuing education with the best content and instructors. With target groups in education, law, accountancy, and healthcare, among others, E-WISE is a specialist and market leader in online education with over 20,000 students and more than 200,000 online courses taken.

Comparison: Zoho vs. Salesforce

After an intensive comparison process between several vendors, the final choice went between Zoho and Salesforce. From this, Zoho eventually emerged as the clear winner because of the power of the entire suite and thus the functionality in breadth. Not even necessarily because of Zoho’s competitive price position, while that is usually the reason when competing with Salesforce.

Together with E-WISE, Tactick renewed the CRM system based on Zoho ONE. Among other things for marketing and sales purposes, but also an emphasis on operational processes (Contract and subscription management) and automated invoicing. An integration with Exact Online is also active.

The cooperation was always constructive and pleasant.

Marketing

For the marketing department we developed a handy query tool in Zoho Creator that allows them to make selections based on all CRM data for marketing campaigns. For the mail campaigns, Zoho Campaigns is used. A calling application was also developed in Zoho Creator. The link with VoIP (3CX) is present.

Sales

A well-thought-out sales opportunity module for the sales pipeline has been set up. This includes the calculation of quantity discounts. There is also a nice automated process for creating and signing quotations. With the press of a button, the quotation is generated and the potential customer receives the proposal in the mail via Zoho Sign.

Operations

A sales opportunity leads to a contract, and this contract is the basis of the operational process. The contract consists of underlying subscriptions, where up- and downgrading (resulting in contract changes) is possible. Invoices are also generated based on the contracts, which are transferred to Exact Online. In Zoho, one can also credit via a widget and there are nice approval processes woven into it. Zoho Analytics also includes dashboarding on the data. Zoho Desk is deployed on the help desk.
