Where do you start with an implementation?

Picking a CRM system that fits your organization’s needs and requirements takes time. You yourself have a strategy for the organization in mind and you know how the processes work internally. But how do you properly translate this into the right software? How do you ensure that the implementation of the CRM runs smoothly?

Moving your organization forward

For starters, before you embark on the implementation process, you can think through all the processes within the organization and the specifications of your requirements. This helps the partner to get a good idea of what your organization does and what you are looking for. The right technology and proper implementation are two success factors for CRM. Success depends on the right translation of processes into an IT solution. The purpose of an implementation may be:

  • 360-degree insight into your customer
  • Strong reporting and dashboards for different departments
  • Work efficiency and productivity

Success hinges on the proper translation of processes into an IT solution.

Who we are

Among all the software to choose from, your choice may fall on Zoho. But if you’ve chosen Zoho CRM, how do you know who you’re partnering with? We are a Zoho premium partner and would be happy to help.

We are Tactick, a dynamic team capable of flexible thinking. We have the consultancy and technical skills to help you further. Besides Zoho CRM we also have experience in implementing other Zoho applications. We also advise you if we think you should add another application to your package. There are also integrations possible with external systems such as Exact Online, Snelstart and AFAS.

Methodology for implementing a CRM

We divide our CRM implementation into three steps: inventory, implementation and training & support. We start with an inventory in which we hear more about your organizational processes. During the implementation, we often ask ourselves: does this CRM still meet our customer’s original needs? Upon approval of the CRM, you can always contact us afterwards for support.
