What are the differences and what should you choose in which situation?<\/p>\n<h2>Pricing<\/h2>\n<p>The Zoho CRM Enterprise edition costs \u20ac35,- per user per month, whereas Pipedrive charges \u20ac99,- per user per month for its Enterprise version. In return, Pipedrive offers an easy-to-use CRM. However, when it comes to adaptability and automatization, it is not even close to being as advanced as the Zoho system.<\/p>\n<h2>Usability<\/h2>\n<p>Having said that, Zoho is still easy to use for the end user. Moreover, not just the basic formats are designed intuitively, the sections which control the complex settings are set up straightforward as well. Consequently, functional operators can easily control the system by themselves. In similar way, the Pipedrive system can also be considered as easy to operate.<\/p>\n<h2>Implementation\/adaptability<\/h2>\n<p>Despite its easy-to-use nature, Zoho is exceptional in its comprehensive configurability. It makes no difference whether it is about renaming modules, rearranging fields, assigning rights to access and edit, automating processes (workflows), organizing processes (blueprints) or about building scripts, it can all be configured extensively.
